BONE MARROW MICROENVIRONMENT IN LEUKEMIA PROGRESSION
We use murine models of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) to study how the bone marrow (BM) microenvironment changes during leukemia progression and how the BM immune system is affected by immunotherapies. We are also interested in the biology of hematopoietic and leukemic stem cells (HSCs, LSCs) and how the immune system regulates them.
